Ph值.D. in 劳动力 and 组织al Development concentration -- formerly Occupational & Technical Studies -- has three emphases: technology education, 职业技术教育, 以及人力资源培训. Ph值.D. is delivered on campus and through the University’s distance learning system. All students must be on the Norfolk campus for two, two-week summer Institute sessions.
